We strive to the best of our abilities to make sure every order is upto the customer’s mark. However, in any unfortunate case of dissatisfaction, we will be more than happy to clear the things.
If the order is cancelled before the dispatch takes place from mytextilestore.com, the customer is eligible for a complete refund. However, if the order is cancelled after dispatch, the customer would have to bear the shipping costs (both forward and reverse, or whatever applicable), as decided by mytextilestore.com.
In any case of any manufacturing defect with the product, the defect must be notified to My Textile Store within 5 days of receiving the product. For processing the return, customer has to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order details, defect encountered in the product along with images of the damaged product(s) clearly highlighting the issue.
In any such case, the customer is entitled for a full refund of the value of the damaged product(s), or replacement with any product of the same value (subjected to availability).
In any such case, the pickup of the damaged product shall be arranged by My Textile Store wherever possible through our shipping partners. Any refunds shall be initiated only after the pickup has been completed & product is received back to My Textile Store.
In any other case of return, the issue must be notified to the company via email within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer can claim a refund for the product returned. The return pickup and shipping of the product back to the company as much as possible through our shipping partners can be managed by us. If the customer wants refund (in any case other than manufacturing defect) then the customer will have to bear the cost of shipping (both forward and reverse) the product back to My Textile Store. In case our shipping partners are unable to collect the product for return from the customer’s location; the customer will have to arrange for the same by themselves. Refund in this case will be the amount of the product value minus the shipping charges as decided by My Textile Store.
Refunds will be initiated by My Textile Store within 3 business days of receiving the product back at our end. Once the refund process initiates from our end it will take following number of days to reflect in your account.
Refunds Via Online Payments (Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbanking):
- Netbanking: 3 working days
- Debit Card: 7 working days
- Credit Card: 9 working days
Refunds for COD payments:
In case of COD payments, you can apply for a refund to your BANK ACCOUNT ONLY, which will reflect in your account within 5 working days after initiating the same.
